| Texans Prevail, 6-4, Over Seattle | Benefiting from Chandler Lennie's productive game, the Dallas Texans downed the Seattle Sasquatch, 6-4. Lennie went 4 for 5 with 4 singles for the Texans. Sam Thomas sewed up the save, his 9th. Dallas is now 20-24, Seattle 30-14.
The Texans got a big at-bat from catcher Beauregard Duke. For the game, Duke went 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 13th home run of the season gave Dallas a 5-4 lead.
