| Tune-Ups Nip Mustang, 3-2 | Youngstown Tune-Ups starter Larry Sceviour turned in a top-notch performance against the Carson City Mustang at Cowboys Stadium. The result was a win for the Tune-Ups, 3-2. James Arnold converted his 1st save in 1 tries. Youngstown is now 43-53.
It could have been a different outcome for Youngstown, had it not been for Jake Parker, the 25-year old shortstop . Parker contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the second inning to put Youngstown up, 2-0.
"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Parker told a Youngstown Bulletin reporter. "Sometimes we need just to relax."
