Pacifica right fielder Lorenzo Romero was instrumental in his team's 4-3 win over the Biloxi Bullets. Romero, who leads the RAA in runs scored with 64, went 1-2 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Shamrocks. Billy Boyd got the save, his 22nd in 23 chances. The Shamrocks go to 54-45, putting them second in the RCLAA Gene Mauch Division.

Romero had an important at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the third, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Shamrocks went on to win.

"I like our moxie," said Shamrocks manager Pete Barrett.
