| Rams Outmuscle Youngstown, 12-8 | The Youngstown Tune-Ups got a superb performance from second baseman Noah Smith. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Frisco. The Rams won the game, 12-8. In spite of the loss, Smith was named the player of the game. He was 4-5 with a triple and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Perry Maniscalco got the win, improving to 4-7. He worked 5.2 innings, giving up 1 run on 5 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 1. Frisco occupies third place in the RCLAA Lou Piniella League at 43-51.
Frisco left fielder Seiichiro Kanamori contributed to the cause with a single in the bottom of the third. For the game, Kanamori went 1 for 4 with a walk.
"We maximized our offense today," said Frisco skipper Will Bartlett. "That makes everyone's life easier."
