| Cornhuskers Win at Long Island, 7-4 | The DeKalb Cornhuskers grabbed a 7-4 win over the Long Island Ducks at Long Island Stadium. DeKalb center fielder Gregorio Mora was 2 for 3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times to earn player of the game honors. DeKalb reliever Juan Quezada was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Lance Rose took the loss. Kirk Winman earned his 1st save in 1 chances.
