| Hellcats Win at Silicon Valley, 6-4 | The Jacksonville Hellcats defeated the Silicon Valley Hackers, 6-4, in RCLAA action at San Jose Municipal Stadium, with Jacksonville pitcher Juan Ortiz named player of the game. At 42-49, Jacksonville is in third place in the RCLAA Lou Piniella League.
Matt DeMaria helped out the Jacksonville cause in the top of the seventh inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the shortstop went 3-5 with 3 singles.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said DeMaria.
