| Rams Walk Off with 5-4 Win | The Frisco Rams electrified the home crowd at Outlander Park with a walk-off win.
Youngstown second baseman Noah Smith was sensational. He was 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Frisco beat the Tune-Ups, 5-4. Smith was named the player of the game despite the loss. Frisco reliever Luis Navarro was the winner. His record is now 2-2. Sang-joon Sohn took the loss.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Frisco right fielder Bill Sheppard, facing Sang-joon Sohn, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Rams the 5-4 win.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Sheppard. "And not try to do too much."
The third-place Rams lifted their record to 42-50.
