The Sandy Springs Spartans defeated the Spokane Bulldogs, 6-4. Earning player of the game honors was center fielder Eddie Lannigan, who was 3-5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. With the win, Sandy Springs goes to 39-52, while the Bulldogs fall to 48-42.
