Sasquatch Come Back Late to Clip Texans

Dallas left fielder Chandler Lennie had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Lennie was 4-5 with 4 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, even as Seattle beat the Texans, 8-7. Lennie was named the player of the game despite the loss. Quiang Tu, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 13th save. The Sasquatch bumped their record to 29-13 with this latest triumph.

The game was at a stalemate until shortstop Felipe Reyes came to bat in the top of the ninth. Facing Dallas pitcher Sam Thomas, he hit a full count fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Seattle on top, 8-7.

"I still think this team has room for improvement," Reyes told the Seattle Times.
