| Beehive Trip Marauders in Extras | The Madison Beehive topped the Bradenton Marauders, 7-3, in TMLAA action at The Field at Bradenton. The player of the game was Madison pitcher Gary Harrison. Reliever Jamie Coleman picked up the win. His record improves to 4-0. Francisco Martínez took the loss. Madison is now 42-43, while Bradenton is 38-49.
The Beehive got a big at-bat from designated hitter Gene Rush. For the game, Rush was 2-6 with 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the top of the 12th, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run single. His 49th hit of the season gave Madison a 5-3 lead.
