| Ducks Lose, 8-1, at The Stetson Bowl | Fraser Valley Black Bears starter Tommy Forbush was in fine form against the Long Island Ducks at The Stetson Bowl, leading his team to a 8-1 win. The Black Bears have an impressive 53-32 record.
The Black Bears got a big at-bat from center fielder Derek Cerveaux. For the game, Cerveaux went 1 for 4, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the second, with the bases loaded, he stroked a 2-run single. His 44th hit of the season gave Fraser Valley a 2-1 lead.
