| Loss to Hellcats Extends Riverside Losing Streak | The Jacksonville Hellcats took Riverside pitcher Chotaro Matsuno's best shot and still were able to claim a win at Red Bull Stadium. The final score had Jacksonville getting past the Red Bulls, 5-3. Matsuno went 5 innings and allowed 2 earned runs, striking out 3. The slumping Red Bulls have dropped 9 in a row.
The Hellcats used some clutch hitting to beat the Red Bulls, a good example being the at-bat of Kyle McWilliams in the top of the fourth. With two down, McWilliams gave his team the lead, 2-1, when he hit a 2-run home run.
