The Carson City Mustang bested the Wichita Wolverines, 8-2, at Howling Park. Gregório Gosende was named player of the game. He went 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. Tino Gonzalez got the win, improving to 5-4.
