| Robins Lose, 6-5, at The Studio | Cincinnati withstood an impressive performance by Bristol left fielder Brian Wild to defeat the Robins, 6-5, at The Studio. Wild went 4-4 with a triple, a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Cincinnati reliever Ismael Mejia picked up the win, upping his record to 4-0. Dustin Thomas shouldered the loss. Sean Bonin got the save, his 14th in 16 chances.
Pat Hope had a key at-bat with one out in the bottom of the fourth for Cincinnati. With the bases loaded and the Snaps trailing 4-1, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.
In postgame comments to the Cincinnati Daily, Hope said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
The Snaps bumped their record to 41-39 with this latest triumph.
