Rams Continue Hot Streak with Extra-Inning Win

Spokane got a terrific game from center fielder Alex Aguilar. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Frisco, 5-4. Aguilar was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Bryan Sobolik, credited with the win, is now 3-1. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.2 innings. This loss makes it 7 in a row for Spokane.

Bobby Borawski's hit in the top of the tenth was a game-changer. With no one out, he rapped a fastball from Ramon Romandia for a run-scoring single. It put Frisco in front, 5-4.

"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Borawski told the Frisco Gazette.
