| Wolverines Lose, 9-3, at Outlander Park | The Rams grabbed a win, 9-3, at Outlander Park, overcoming a fine effort from Wichita pitcher Jeff Farrar. Farrar went 6 innings and allowed 1 earned run. The winner was Yukiyasu Kawashima in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Ken Morita took the loss. Frisco, now 37-42, holds second place in the Cory Lidle League Lou Piniella League.
Brian Clark, who is tied for 6th in the CLL in home runs with 14, aided the Frisco cause with a run-scoring double in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, the first baseman was 1-5 with a double.
