| Hackers Bang Out 7-3 Win Versus San Antonio | Hackers left fielder Tetsuya Toyoda put his stamp on his team's 7-3 win over the San Antonio Storm Troopers. Toyoda went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Silicon Valley in the contest. The winner was Remco Hassink, who threw 80 pitches over 6 innings. The right-hander was charged with 3 runs on 6 hits. The Hackers improved to 35-42.
Toyoda contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Silicon Valley in the bottom of the third. With his team trailing 2-1, Toyoda took a slider from Héctor Bello and stroked the home run to right. His 6th home run of the season allowed the Hackers to leap in front, 4-2.
