| Victory Pushes Marauders Record to 21-19 | The Maple Marauders topped the Bloomington Blazers, 10-4, in Thurman Munson League action at Arson Arena. The player of the game was Maple right fielder Manny de la Cruz. The Marauders bumped their record to 21-19 with this latest triumph.
With Maple leading 2-1 in the top of the second, de la Cruz hit a fastball from Freddy Aguilar for a 2-run single. It was his 58th hit of the season and put the Marauders ahead, 4-1.
"We maximized our offense today," said Maple skipper Davey Morris. "That makes everyone's life easier."
