| Extra-Inning Win by Hawks over Robins | Bristol right fielder Brian Douglas had a good game, even if his team did not. The Robins dropped a 7-6 decision to Boise at Basque Block Field. Douglas was 2-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Reliever Danny Horn picked up the win. His record improves to 2-1. Toyoshige Konda took the loss. Bristol now has a 5-game losing streak.
The Hawks got a big at-bat from shortstop Danny Collado. For the game, Collado went 1 for 1 with a walk, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the 11th, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 7th hit of the season gave Boise a 7-6 lead.
"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Boise manager Tom Becker.
