| Hellcats Bang Out 7-6 Win Versus Biloxi | Jacksonville and Biloxi duked it out at The Sand Dune and the Hellcats came out victorious.
The Jacksonville Hellcats overcame a good performance by Biloxi left fielder Kazuki Ito to knock off Biloxi, 7-6, at The Sand Dune. Ito was 4 for 5 with 4 singles. Andrew Millard got credit for the win, improving to 2-0. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 0.2 innings. Mario Cruz converted his 20th save in 20 tries.
The Hellcats got a big at-bat from designated hitter Cory Crow. For the game, Crow went 2-4 with 2 doubles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the ninth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 3rd double of the season gave Jacksonville a 7-6 lead.
"We'll take this win and move on," said Crow.
The Hellcats sit in 4th place in the Cory Lidle League Lou Piniella League with a record of 30-37.
