González Stars for Beetlecats in 9-7 Win

The Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats topped the Cape Verde Vesuvius, 9-7, in Cory Lidle League action at Bloomfield Road. The player of the game was Buzzard's Bay left fielder Luis González. Buzzard's Bay reliever Tien Tran-Dinh was the winner. His record is now 2-2. The losing pitcher was Hitoshi Miyahira. Justin Keling was credited with the save.
