| Black Knights Get Road Win, 7-3 | In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.
Brooklyn rode a decent outing from starter Cesar Moreno to victory over the Las Vegas Aces at Sin City Stadium. The final score was 7-3. The Black Knights bumped their record to 22-18 with this latest triumph.
Brooklyn used the timely hitting of Katsuhiko Shimizu to capture the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Black Knights on top, 4-0. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but he made it count.
"We did a lot of things right," said Moreno.
