| Horne Hits 2 home runs in Monarchs Win | The Marysville Monarchs powered past the Biloxi Bullets, 11-3, at Mitts Fieldhouse. Tom Horne went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice, to lead the charge. This win makes it 5 in a row for Marysville.
Horne had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the fifth inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Monarchs went on to win.
"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Marysville manager Cohen Brouillette.
