Deming Helps Bulldogs Run Win Streak to 3

Adam Deming batted in 5 runs to lead Spokane to a win over Rock River. The final score was 14-10. Deming chipped in with 2 singles and 1 home run. Spokane reliever Danny Stewart picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Matt Hoffman absorbed the loss. Kevin Hargrove converted his 2nd save in 5 tries.

In the bottom of the 6th, designated hitter Jared Elliott gave Spokane the lead when he hit a 2-run single. The Bulldogs had been trailing 6-5, but the two-out single off Rock River pitcher Matt Hoffman changed that -- and Spokane went on to win.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Martín Torres said.

Spokane is now riding a 3-game win streak.
