| Black Bears Win Streak Now at 6 | It was a fun time at The Stetson Bowl, where the Spokane Bulldogs and Fraser Valley Black Bears tangled.
The Fraser Valley Black Bears saddled the Spokane Bulldogs with a loss at The Stetson Bowl. The final score was 12-1. Connor Archer, named player of the game, was 2 for 5, including 1 single and 1 home run. The Fraser Valley third baseman scored 1 run and drove in 4. Derrek Bathauer earned the win to go to 6-2. He allowed no earned runs on 6 hits, with 1 walk and 5 strikeouts.
With Fraser Valley leading 2-1 in the bottom of the fourth, Archer hit a fastball from Fernando Criado for a grand slam home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Black Bears ahead, 6-1.
