| Multi-HR Day for Sutton as Marauders Overpower Earthquakes, 5-3 | A 4-RBI performance from third baseman Jesse Sutton, who is tied for 8th in the TML in home runs with 10, led the Maple Marauders to a 5-3 win over the San Francisco Earthquakes. The Marauders bumped their record to 20-18 with this latest triumph.
Sutton had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 2-0 sinker from Lúcio Barrón, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Marauders a 5-3 lead. It was the 10th home run of the year for Sutton.
"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Sutton.
