| Ducks Prevail, 3-2, Over DeKalb | Long Island rode a decent outing from starter Aaron Prine to victory over the DeKalb Cornhuskers at Long Island Stadium. The final score was 3-2. DeKalb now has a 6-game losing streak.
The Ducks got a big at-bat from catcher Vincent Robinson. For the game, Robinson went 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 4th home run of the season gave Long Island a 2-1 lead.
