The Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats got a superb performance from shortstop Tony Gómez. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Pacifica. The Shamrocks won the game, 4-3. In spite of the loss, Gómez was named the player of the game. He went 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Pacifica starter Dedrick Savage was credited with the win after throwing 102 pitches over 7 innings. His record now stands at 1-2. Pacifica now has a 3-game win streak.

Troy McKimm aided the Pacifica cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the first. For the game, the first baseman drove in one run.
