The Boise Hawks defeated the Riverside Red Bulls, 7-3, at Red Bull Stadium today. Leading the charge for Boise was left fielder Roger Alba. He went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Jan Woodbury got the win, improving to 2-3. He worked 6.1 innings, giving up 3 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 1. Even with the win, the Hawks have a dismal 15-29 record.
