| Hicks Powers Bullets to 8-5 Win | It was a good time at The Sand Dune, where fans came to watch the Marysville Monarchs and Biloxi Bullets get after it.
Dusty Hicks knocked in 5 runs to help Biloxi beat Marysville, 8-5. The designated hitter collected 1 single, 1 double, and 1 home run. Biloxi reliever Christian Barnes picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Luis Salcido shouldered the loss.
Héctor García hit a 2-run double off Eddy Johnston in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Bullets in front, 7-5. In addition to the double, García had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," García said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
The Bullets bumped their record to 22-20 with this latest triumph.
