| Armada Get One-Run Win at Georgia | Starting pitcher Luis Mendez pitched well enough to help the Quebec Armada beat the Georgia Grays by the score of 4-3. The Grays, now 23-15, have lost 4 straight.
The Armada got a big at-bat from first baseman Kichisaburo Tanaka. For the game, Tanaka went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the first, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 19th home run of the season gave Quebec a 2-0 lead.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Tanaka.
