| Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Shamrocks | The Pacifica Shamrocks topped the Biloxi Bullets, 5-4, in Cory Lidle League action at McCormick Field. The player of the game was Pacifica pitcher Yoichibei Omura. Pacifica reliever Dario Reyes picked up the win, upping his record to 5-0. Juan López shouldered the loss. Pacifica is now riding a 3-game win streak.
The Shamrocks got a big at-bat from first baseman Sergio Sosa. For the game, Sosa was 1 for 5. In the bottom of the tenth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 5th hit of the season gave Pacifica a 5-4 lead.
"I was a little disappointed," said Biloxi manager Jorge Matos. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
