| Bullets Bang Out 10-4 Win Versus Buzzard's Bay | The Biloxi Bullets knocked off the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats, 10-4, at Bloomfield Road. Kobbe van de Pol, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Biloxi won. The designated hitter was 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times. Joe Campton earned save number 7. The Bullets bumped their record to 20-18 with this latest triumph.
Pablo Perez, who is tied for 7th in the CLL in runs scored with 25, helped out the Biloxi cause in the top of the ninth inning with a run-scoring double. For the game, the right fielder was 1-5 with a double.
"It feels good to get this one," van de Pol told the Biloxi Daily News.
