| Cornhuskers Shut Out Black Bears | It was a fun time at The Corn Crib, where the Fraser Valley Black Bears and DeKalb Cornhuskers tangled.
DeKalb Cornhuskers starter Cedric Gold kept the Fraser Valley Black Bears hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 7-0 win. Gold, now 3-3, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 6, walking 1, and allowing no earned runs.
