Youngstown and Riverside duked it out at Red Bull Stadium and the Tune-Ups came out victorious.

Youngstown center fielder Antonio Carranza played a vital role in his team's 9-6 triumph over Riverside. He was 4 for 4 with a home run, a triple, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5 for Youngstown. The win was Sang-joon Sohn's in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Mike True took the loss for Riverside.

Carranza had a game-changing single in the top of the eighth. On a 1-0 fastball from Mike True, he banged a 2-run single to left, giving the Tune-Ups a 8-6 lead. It was the 30th hit of the year for Carranza.

"Being able to contribute to a win is always a great feeling," Carranza told the Youngstown Bulletin.

The Tune-Ups are now 16-18, while the Red Bulls fall to 18-17.
