| Beehive Prevail, 3-2, Over Wichita | The Madison Beehive got a stellar effort from pitcher Leon Green, helping Madison score a 3-2 win over the visiting Wichita Wolverines. Green went 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 5, and struck out 3. His record improves to 4-4. The Wolverines fall to 15-17 and continue their uneasy start to the 2038 season.
The Beehive got a big at-bat from catcher Collin Gardiner. For the game, Gardiner went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and a walk. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 30th hit of the season gave Madison a 2-1 lead.
