Victory Over Rhinos Takes Seattle to 25-12

Seattle Sasquatch starter Miguel Serbin pitched a strong game against the Rubber City Rhinos at Sick's Stadium, leading the Sasquatch to a 5-3 win. Seattle reliever Chad Flam picked up the win, upping his record to 4-0. Katsutaro Nishikawa absorbed the loss. The last-place Rhinos have lost 5 straight games.

In the bottom of the 6th, third baseman Francisco Valdéz gave Seattle the lead when he hit a bases-clearing double. The Sasquatch had been trailing 3-2, but the two-out double off Rubber City pitcher Katsutaro Nishikawa changed that -- and Seattle went on to win.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Valdéz said.
