The Cape Verde Vesuvius topped the Biloxi Bullets, 6-3, in Cory Lidle League action at The Sand Dune. The player of the game was Cape Verde pitcher and Irapuato, Mexico native Eduardo Muniz. Muniz, now 2-0, was the winner. In 5 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 6, walking 1, and allowing 2 earned runs.
