| Bullets Score Late, Stun Marauders, 8-6 | The Biloxi Bullets topped the Bradenton Marauders by the score of 8-6, with the biggest share of the credit going to second baseman Dusty Hicks. Hicks was 2-5 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Bullets on the day. Biloxi reliever Ramón García was the winner. His record is now 1-1. Mario Michaca took the loss. The Marauders fall to 14-17 and continue their wobbly start to the 2038 season.
Hicks had a game-changing home run in the top of the ninth. On a 2-2 cutter from Mario Michaca, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Bullets a 8-6 lead. It was the 6th home run of the year for Hicks.
"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Hicks said.
