| Black Bears Stymie Youngstown, Take 3-0 Win | Fraser Valley and Youngstown duked it out at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum and the Black Bears came out victorious.
The Fraser Valley Black Bears got a magnificent performance from pitcher Dustin Arcuri, who stifled the Youngstown offense en route to a 3-0 Black Bears win at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum. Wei-sng Mak recorded the save for Fraser Valley, his 7th of the season.
It could have been a different outcome for Fraser Valley, had it not been for Clifton Leclair, the 25-year old right fielder . Leclair contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the fourth inning to put Fraser Valley up, 3-0.
"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Arcuri.
The Tune-Ups fall to 11-14 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2038 season.
