| Pérez Delivers Walk-Off Win for Robins | The Bristol Robins managed to get by the San Antonio Storm Troopers, 6-5, at Ashton Gate. Bristol center fielder Pablo Diaz took player of the game honors. Bristol reliever Ken Ducklow picked up the win, bumping his record to 2-2. Ryan Davis was collared with the loss. The Storm Troopers fall to 12-13 and continue their uneasy start to the 2038 season.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Bristol pinch hitter Iván Pérez, facing Ryan Davis, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Robins the 6-5 win.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Pérez said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
