Rams Win Thriller, 7-5

The Frisco Rams dealt the Biloxi Bullets a 7-5 loss at Outlander Park. Matt Davidson was the star on offense. He went 2-4 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Frisco reliever Jeff Van Wormer picked up the win, bumping his record to 3-2. Joe Campton was collared with the loss. Frisco is now 17-7.

Davidson had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a first pitch splitter from Joe Campton, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Rams a 7-5 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Davidson.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Davidson told the Frisco Gazette.
