| Bulldogs Raise Rally Flag, Beat Bradenton, 6-5 | The Spokane Bulldogs dealt the Bradenton Marauders a 6-5 loss at The Kennel. John Gibbons was the star on offense. He went 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Marauders fall to 10-13 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2038 season.
A crucial at-bat came with the bases empty and no one out in the bottom of the eighth inning. That's when left fielder Keith Harkness, who is tied for 5th in the RHL in bases on balls with 17, drew a walk. The Bulldogs went on to win.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Gibbons told the Spokane Citizen.
