| Snaps Squelch Bulldogs Offense in Shutout Win | The Cincinnati Snaps defeated the Spokane Bulldogs, 5-0, in Roy Halladay League action at The Studio, with Cincinnati pitcher Jorge Soto named player of the game. The Bulldogs fall to 10-12 and continue their wobbly start to the 2038 season.
Alex Velez aided the Cincinnati cause with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the center fielder went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Velez said after the game.
