Bullets Squelch Tune-Ups Offense in Shutout Win

Right-hander Jose Vasquez mesmerized the Youngstown Tune-Ups while leading the Biloxi Bullets to a 3-0 victory. The Tune-Ups drop to 9-9 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2038 season.

A crucial at-bat came with the bases empty and no one out in the top of the seventh inning. That's when catcher Dave Alejo, who is tied for 10th in the CLL in stolen bases with 5, hit a triple. The Bullets went on to win.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Vasquez said.
