| Monarchs Raise Rally Flag, Beat Biloxi, 6-5 | The Marysville Monarchs defeated the Biloxi Bullets, 6-5, at The Sand Dune today. Leading the charge for Marysville was second baseman Justin Huizenga. He was 1-3 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. With the loss, Biloxi is 6-4.
The Monarchs got a big at-bat from shortstop José Rodríguez. For the game, Rodríguez went 2-5 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs. In the top of the ninth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 16th hit of the season gave Marysville a 6-5 lead.
