| Theriot Helps Red Bulls Run Win Streak to 3 | The Riverside Red Bulls beat the Jacksonville Hellcats, 7-4, at Hellcats Park. The win was largely due to the efforts of third baseman Jimmy Theriot, who captured player of the game honors. He was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Riverside reliever Cole Moore picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Tadakatsu Murayama absorbed the loss. Paul Nuckols earned the save, his 1st, for the Red Bulls.
Theriot had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the eighth inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Red Bulls went on to win.
"It was a solid team effort," said Theriot after the game.
The loss lowers the Jacksonville record to 3-5.
