| Multi-HR Game for Salazar in 12-4 Win | The Georgia Grays knocked off the Midland Rockhounds, 12-4, at The Death Star. German Salazar, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason Georgia won. The left fielder went 3-5 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Midland now has a 11-game losing streak.
The Grays had to work out of trouble in the top of the sixth. The score was 11-4, Georgia, with two out. Midland, with the bases loaded, was mounting a threat. Waylon Swerdlow dug in at the plate, but on a 2-2 fastball, he struck out.
