Havana starter Levi Donahoo had a strong outing against the Las Vegas Aces at Sin City Stadium. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. Mudasser Sabzvari earned the save, his 6th. The Aces fall to 13-19 and continue their lackluster start to the 2038 season.

The Stogies got a big at-bat from second baseman John Oakes. For the game, Oakes went 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the fifth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Havana a 3-2 lead.

"Everyone's trying too hard," said losing manager Dave Maloney. "If we learn to relax, we'll be fine."
