Vancouver second baseman Omar Rodriguez had 6 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Indian Wells Aeropostales, 10-8. The third-place Aeropostales have dropped 6 straight games.

Rodriguez had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a first pitch fastball from Yonetoshi Morikawa, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Canadians a 10-8 lead. It was the 9th home run of the year for Rodriguez.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Rodriguez said.
